Those Evening Bells!

Church of Our Lady of Victory. Built 1947. #Financial District #fidi #LowerManhattan #manhattan #nyc Every hour, on the hour, #Churchbells ring. On many evenings while returning from work, I have been lulled by its sweet sound floating in the wind that blows through the Chase Manhattan Plaza. Like a certain poet Thomas Moore once wrote, "Those evening bells! those evening bells!" #churchesofmanhattan #catholicchurches #churcharchitecture #neighbourhoodchurch #architecture #archilovers #architect #architecturelovers #archdaily #youmustsee #building #urbanexploration #iphonography #shotoniphone6s
